APPAREL RANGE GRAPHICS

The ranges for adidas Performance’s seasonal collections have a theme that starts with a overall marketing strategy. The apparel designers work together with the graphic designers to create a product with a comprehensive concept.

Shown here the Fall/Winter 2011 adiscape range is all about sports in an urban environment. The adidas logo would rip through different abstract concrete forms to express its power and dynamism.

The Fall/Winter 2011 Clima Warm range features products with thicker fabrics and a minimalistic graphic approach.

I designed typographic prints and labels that explained the garments functions in a simple way.

The “adiRide” range from the adidas Fall/Winter 2011 collection is inspired by urban bmx sports. The graphics resemble dirt stains combined with a blocky typeface that represents the city’s concrete.

Silkscreen prints and stitched details create a casual outlook that works well with the soft fabrics chosen.

“Zeitfrei” from Fall/Winter 2011 is a range with abstract graphics inspired by breakdancers’ dynamic movements that are mixed with a futuristic chrome aesthetic.

“adiscape” came out with the adidas Performance Spring/Summer 2011 collection.

The vector illustrations show an imaginary figure, represented by the line, jumping over abstract obstacles.
